I have just received my delivery of my Thatcher leather armchair.The sales associates at the pottery barn in Southampton were exceptional while helping me with my order.Today the delivery young men were as exceptional..pleasant ..polite..even taking off their shoes when entering my home. My entire experience at Southampton Pottery Barn was delightful and just wanted to give them a shout out!!! :)
It looked bigger from the outside. Very nice. Closing when we went in.
